Originally from Knoxville, TN, he’s a University of Tennessee alum who previously worked for the Knoxville Ice Bears and Huntsville Havoc of the SPHL. He enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Lindsey, and their wiener dog, Nugget, and cheering on the Volunteers.

Originally from Houston, TX, he attended Stephen F. Austin and has worked across several leagues, including the Victoria Generals and Acadiana Cane Cutters (TCL), Salt Lake City Stars (NBA G League), Salt Lake Bees (Triple-A Baseball), Sacramento State, and UT Arlington. He loves to cook and is a die-hard Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers fan. Richard will also be the Public Address Announcer for all games!

Originally from Chicago, IL, Colleen graduated from St. Ambrose University and spent three seasons with the Quad City Storm before bringing her passion for hockey to New Mexico. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and exploring new places.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, IL, he attended the University of Missouri and Wichita State University before working for the Huntsville Havoc of the SPHL. He enjoys playing video games and spending time with his wife, Madyson, and their cats, Goose and Rocket.

Originally from Edgeley, ND, Dustin studied at Bismarck State College and Minnesota State University Moorhead before gaining experience with the Fargo Force (USHL), Quad City Steamwheelers (IFL), and both BSC Athletics and MSUM's GO!TEAM! He has 53 first cousins, has visited 40 states, and is a proud (and often pained) Vikings and Wild fan.

Originally from Seymour, IN, he graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in Sports Administration and previously worked with the Huntsville Havoc (SPHL). Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spent four years coaching junior high basketball.

Originally from Victorville, CA, she graduated from the University of South Carolina and previously worked with the Columbia Fireflies in Fan Engagement and Sponsorship Activation, as well as in Ticket Operations with the South Carolina Club Hockey team. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and recently visited the United Kingdom, where she attended eight soccer matches across four different levels of English football in just 10 days.

Originally from Horseheads, NY, he graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a degree in Sport Management and brings experience across professional and collegiate sports, including multiple Super Bowls, the NFL and NHL Drafts, the Rochester Americans, Rochester Knighthawks, and several baseball organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, especially hockey, and traveling.
