Goatheads + Isleta Resort & Casino Announce Multi-Year Partnership

The New Mexico Goatheads, proud ECHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, today announced a multi-year partnership with Isleta Resort & Casino, naming the organization the Presenting Sponsor of the team’s Inaugural Season.

The partnership marks a major milestone as the Goatheads prepare for their first season, set to begin in October at the Rio Rancho Events Center. As part of the agreement, Isleta Resort & Casino will receive prominent branding and activation throughout the 2026–27 season, highlighted by designation as the official presenting partner of the Goatheads’ inaugural campaign.

The Inaugural Season presented by Isleta Resort & Casino will feature 36 regular-season home games at the Rio Rancho Events Center, bringing professional hockey back to New Mexico for the first time in over a decade.
